"You have on your website that they have a restaurant on site and they do not. They haven't had on since January 2004. The hotel would have been fine except for the staff. They had very strong accents and it was hard for them to understand me, most of the time. They called rooms "non-smoking" when it was painfully obvious that there had in FACT been someone smoking in them recently. Their pool was damaged from the hurricanes and when I called 3 days before I arrived they lied and said it was working. I got there on Saturday and the pool wasn't working until Thursday and when I went down to go swimming at about 8:00 p.m. there were many many dead bugs in the pool and it looke filthy. It was obvious no one had vacuumed it or skimmed it. It was discusting. They were only going to lower the rate of my stay until I called the Ramada Inn directly and filed a complaint and they they took off a couple of days. It went from costing me $400.00 to $267.00 which was a considerable amount but it wasn't enough to get me back my vacation of relaxing by a pool. And since this is the ONLY vacation I get a year, it was quite disappointing. I would NEVER recommend this hotel to anyone I know. Also, they aren't even listed in the local phone book so when I had an emergency and had to get ahold of the hotel, I had NO idea how to because I called information and they didn't even have a listing for them."

"Our TV didn't work(sound)...very frustrating. The manager did come to the room to check the TV and did offer to move us to another room but it was to late at night. The manager did give us a discount.
The room needed some work. Wallpaper coming off of the walls.
I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone else."
